OPII is a successor to Orient Petroleum Inc. (“OPI” - Formerly Occidental of Pakistan, Inc. ), a Company incorporated in the State of California USA and was re-domiciled in the British Virgin islands by means of merger with OPII on January 28, 2005, which began oil & gas exploration in Pakistan in 1979.
